In fairness to Deputy Brian Stanley, on a number of occasions he has come to the House and reversed his comments on the water conservation grant. That was appreciated.

We must reflect on the fact that the economy encompasses all of Ireland. 2 o’clock There has been much debate and commentary about the differentiation between urban and rural Ireland.
