Maurice Quinlivan: My understanding is that the Office of the Parliamentary Legal Advisor, OPLA, had a meeting on 3 March. We have not heard the outcome of that yet, as far as I am aware. Is there anything the Taoiseach could do, if there are blockages there? People are interested in progressing this. If there are any blockages we should take them all away.
