It was a special purpose vehicle set up for a specific purpose, to build ,design and get a hospital.

Those figures are on the record, but when I look at them, it is less than €1 billion to build the hospital. The additional sum relates to the board, the design and consultants appointed. Is that fair? It is almost a 50:50 balance.

I am looking at the administration costs, however, and the costs are rising all of the time. I understand inflation and the different reasons, but the board was set up and then there is an oversight body after that under the Department, which I have not even got to.
