Mary Harney: Regulations are made under the Health (Fluoridation of Water Supplies) Act 1960 in accordance with sections 2 and 4 of the Act. I have recently laid before the Houses a survey in advance of the proposed new regulations under Section 2 of the Act. I propose to lay these Regulations before the Houses this week.
