Cian O'Callaghan: I wish to clarify a point. The Minister of State said priority area plans refer to areas of regeneration or brownfield sites, which means that greenfield sites will not be addressed by priority area plans. Is that correct?

Cian O'Callaghan: I am asking about this because the Minister of State put quite a bit of emphasis on brownfield sites and regeneration. I wondered whether that meant greenfield sites were excluded.

Cian O'Callaghan: We can have LAPs that encompass existing settled areas and some new parts, and that would be more about urban area plans. It splits what we currently understand to be an LAP into two slightly different names.
