Gerard Craughwell: I appreciate the Chairman will say he will not allow it for discussion today. However, by not allowing it for discussion today, he forces me and other members of the committee to now request the Minister to return to deal with that issue. I would much rather that we cleared it out of the way today because it is a serious matter.
