Tom Hayes: I think the question on everybody's lips is whether tractors come under these provisions. There is a major issue with the uncertainty that surrounds it. I would appreciate if Mr. Treacy clarifies the position in regard to tractors.

Tom Hayes: This has been a very informative meeting which challenged us to help make the process more informative. I thank the witnesses for the information they supplied to the committee and we will raise the issue again next week with the Road Safety Authority.
