Martin Ferris: In respect of agricultural development, was the full allocation taken up in 2013 and, if not, how much went back to the Exchequer? There seems to be a serious problem with regard to the licences for aquaculture development. I understand that 58 bays believe they are suitable for it. Could the Minister give us an indication of how many licences are pending?
