Steven Matthews: I welcome everybody back to our consideration of Committee Stage of the Planning and Development Bill 2023. I welcome the Minister of State, Deputy O'Donnell. We will resume where we finished before lunch. We are on section 46 and amendment No. 382 in the name of Deputy Ó Broin, which has already been discussed.
