Colm Brophy: Thank you, Mr. Mulvany. Again, to be consistent, this is a discussion on the implications for budget 2020 of the public expenditure overrun. If Deputy Boyd Barrett wishes to pursue this through the health committee, that is grand, but he has gone down a route which is outside of our committee area.
