Catherine Noone: Hold on; I am speaking. Last week we said we would vote today. We have had a considerable amount of discussion on all matters. In the course of our deliberations, in fairness, there has been much discussion on the ancillary recommendations.

Catherine Noone: They have come up consistently, especially in discussing the issue of free contraception. With respect, certain members may have missed part of the deliberations, but the issues have all been discussed at length.
