Jan O'Sullivan: Yes. A juvenile justice Act, known as the Children Act, has been passed by the Oireachtas but has not been fully commenced into law. Particular elements of that Act would make parents responsible and bring them into court in regard to young people's activities. There is a real problem in Limerick with youngsters.
