James Reilly: 1Although the overall membership of State boards under the aegis of my Department is well balanced, with 56% of the membership being male and 44% female, some individual boards do not have a balance of 40% of each gender. James Reilly: Prescription charges are provided for under Section 59 of the Health Act 1970 as amended by the Health (Amendment ) (No 2) Act 2010.
