Enda Kenny: The Courts Bill is on Committee Stage in the Seanad and, later this year, the consolidated courts Bill will come before the House. As regards the proceeds of crime Bill, discussions are still ongoing with the Criminal Assets Bureau. I do not have a date for publication of the bail Bill, but it will be later this year or early next year.

Enda Kenny: The heads of the education (admission to school) Bill are being worked on and it is due later this year. The Minister for Education and Skills received a copy of a report from the National Council for Special Education and this report needs to be discussed by parents, teachers and all involved in this matter. I am quite sure if the Deputy speaks appropriately to the Leas-Cheann Comhairle he may allow him to raise the matter as a Topical Issue, and no doubt the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, Deputy Hogan, will give him a full and flúirseach response.
