Jennifer Whitmore: Even if it takes a month to investigate a complaint, the amount of money a company puts behind an ad for a month is considerable. It would derive a benefit from that ad running even for that month. If those ads had to be pulled until adjudication happened, that would certainly be beneficial. It would prevent some companies putting ads out that could potentially go against the ASAI code.

Incredibly, the Department and Minister for Education believe the best way to recruit and retain teachers in the system is to reduce their terms and conditions.
