Was Mr. Behan aware that some of the Irish Family Planning Association clinics were found to be engaging in a dangerous practice in recent years, specifically in 2012? I will not go into detail but some of the counsellors were found to be telling women they could tell lies to doctors by telling them they had miscarriages rather than abortions....
