Tim O'Malley: Following approval from my Department, a design team was appointed for the Bessboro project earlier this year. Design work is being advanced and it is expected that preliminary plans will be submitted for approval before year end. This approval will enable the project to proceed to the next stage which will include an application for planning permission in the early part of 2006.
