Brendan Smith: I propose to take Questions Nos. 384 and 399 together. On the basis of EU regulation for co-funded schemes and on the basis of legal advice, it is not proposed to make back-dated payments in cases such as these. However the revised higher payment will be made in respect of future premiums in such cases. The status of the application is that the premium is expected to be paid on 31st March 2009.
