Pat Breen: It is really not part of what we are discussing. This is a partnership and co-operation agreement. It is not a trade agreement, so we need to clarify that.

Pat Breen: We must bear in mind that the Minister of State only looks after his house and this country. One must note that China is one of the largest trading partners of Vietnam given its geographical location. China is a huge market.
