Trevor Sargent: I regret the Chair did not see fit to accept my Standing Order 31 request. On promised legislation, I seek to move the matter on to some extent. When it comes to the use of banned chemicals and violation of labour standards in a company it is strange that the employment rights compliance Bill does not, as yet, seem to have a date for publication.
