I imagine, given the increase in house prices, that a large proportion of these would fall within that category, and indeed could fall below it. Pearse Doherty: I think the message from the committee is to switch, revalue one's property and even look at other offerings. Significant savings can be made by KBC's customers, even within the bank itself.
