Shane Ross: The relevant point in Ms. Daly's statement was her assertion that there was no charge for the arrangement. The accounts of the Central Remedial Clinic describe this arrangement as involving a fee. Is that correct? The accounts state that the Mater hospital acts on behalf of the Central Remedial Clinic as an agent for the operation of the scheme and charges a fee.
