Enda Kenny: We spoke about this previously and the Minister of State, Deputy White, has done considerable work on it. The Cabinet sub-committee discussed it briefly on Monday. The Minister of State will make his final proposition on long-term illness and primary care in approximately three weeks' time. I expect he will bring it to the Cabinet sub-committee at our next meeting in July.
