Éamon Ó Cuív: It has become apparent that up to 10,000 farmers who have been in receipt of single farm payments will no longer be eligible for them under the new regulations negotiated by the Minister in Brussels. It is also becoming apparent that 10% of farmers will not be able to access the green low-carbon agri-environment scheme, GLAS, because of the small print in the negotiations.
