Steven Matthews: Section 62 deals with the issuance of a draft direction by the OPR. My amendment No. 513 relates to subsection (4). I am proposing that where subsection (4), particularly paragraph (b), kicks in, it would be beneficial for statutory timelines to be suspended for the duration of the process set out in the subsection.
