Tom Hayes: I thank Ms McSweeney for that very detailed and comprehensive overview. Her summing up of Twitter is helpful for the committee and we will go straight into questions. I ask everyone to switch off their mobiles because anyone I see using one will not be asked to contribute. We do not want a repeat of yesterday's events. I mean this, I will be very harsh on those I see using a mobile telephone.
