Ciarán Lynch: Approximately one month ago, the Labour Party proposed a national home mortgage service during Private Members' time. During that debate, the Government stated that it has a code of practice in place with which it was satisfied and which would be reviewed. Subsequently, in last week's budget it again was stated that this code of practice would be reviewed once more.
