Enda Kenny: I am not sure of the extent of Government amendments to the Immigration, Residence and Protection Bill that are required to be published following the consultation process which took place. I cannot, at this time, indicate the extent of the amendments that will be introduced...

Enda Kenny: On the adoption (information and tracing) Bill, there are a number of very complex constitutional issues involved. The Bethany Home issue is still under consideration by the Minister for Justice and Equality. I have seen...

Order of Business (10 Jul 2013)

It is a different situation than applied in the case of the Magdalen Laundries and that is why it is still being considered by the Minister.
