Jan O'Sullivan: Last March, the EU decided that so-called party drugs, including BZP, should be controlled. The EU gave member states a year to do so. That 12-month period expires next month, so are there proposals to amend the Misuse of Drugs Act or to add these drugs to the controlled list?
