Paul Kehoe: The sale of alcohol to under-age young people is an increasing problem which has been raised with me on a number of occasions during meetings with youth groups and organisations. Under the Taoiseach's watch, little has been done to combat this major problem. What legislation is the Government willing to introduce to try to curb this serious problem?
