Deputy Tóibín was critical of the lukewarm responses of some organisations outside the House to the jobs...

Agriculture: Motion (24 May 2011)

Denis Naughten: In the limited time available, I wish to raise three issues. This is an exciting time in agriculture but we need to exploit some of the bottlenecks. Jobs Initiative 2011: Statements (Resumed) (11 May 2011)

Denis Naughten: I am pleased to have an opportunity to speak during this debate. I welcome the announcement made by the Minister for Finance yesterday. Denis Naughten: The position is not as bad as it is being spun at present. We will get out of this recession. In the past, we as a society have got out of difficulties far greater than the one we are in.
