Seán Fleming: It is fine. Before I call Deputies, I will seek some clarification for people who are watching this meeting. Ms McPhillips stated that the Department was to be restructured into two portfolios. The first was home affairs, a name we are used to hearing where the British Ministry is concerned. Ms McPhillips might explain what is meant by "home affairs" and "justice and equality".
