James Reilly: I wish to reassure the Deputy that all children legally resident in Ireland are entitled to access our health services, including infant screening, regardless of the circumstances of their birth. In the case of children born abroad and subsequently legally resident in Ireland, their parents should contact their local HSE health office to access these services.
