Eoghan Murphy: If I am correct, there is a three-year gap then in the notes to the financial statements because I could not see it there. It would be helpful it that could be clarified. A rent review on the premises in Marine House was conducted in 2010. What was the outcome of that rent review?

Eoghan Murphy: A new arrangement was set up for the subletting of Marine House at that time. What I understand from the accounts is that from 2006 to 2010, the BAI was not bearing any costs for Marine House.
