Charlie McConalogue: My Department issued an afforestation licence to the person named in November, 2019. This was subsequently appealed to the Forestry Appeals Committee (FAC). The FAC is operationally independent of my Department and I cannot make enquiries on an individual appeal. The FAC will be in touch directly with the person named to schedule an appeal hearing.
