Shane Ross: -----a little more like he wrote his own cheque. The background to this - Mr. Goulding can correct me if I am wrong - is that the pension fund had to be topped up. A €3 million loan had to be sought from the friends and supporters to the CRC pension fund.

Shane Ross: It is in the accounts; it is a loan from one to the other. It was then transferred somehow from the CRC to the pension fund. This loan was taken out specifically from the friends and supporters to top up the pension fund for Mr. Kiely.
