John Brady: I welcome the officials. It is estimated that between 1991 and 2013, up to 80% of apartments built had major issues in regard to fire safety, structural defects and water ingress. Between 60,000 and 100,000 homes are estimated to be affected. Does Mr. Doyle agree that was mainly due to the lack of build controls, poor regulation and a lack of oversight?
