Seán Fleming: I have a few very quick questions. Reference was made to what would occur if Uisce Éireann got a planning exemption for schemes for some of the small towns and villages. How much time would that shave off a project? If Uisce Éireann had a exemption and brought in a pre-approved modular, standardised unit, how much time would it shave off a project in practical terms?

I think I got an answer from Irish Water in recent correspondence that stated households should set up a group water scheme.
