Jerry Buttimer: I will conclude on this. The job this Government got was to fix our country's economic fortunes. Together with the Irish people, since we came into Government in 2011, we have done that. The people have played a huge role but the Government has had a plan. The new proposal for Irish Water will be the continuation of that journey.
