I hope the Minister takes the opportunity overnight to consult his officials and come back when he is in a position to answer the many questions that were raised in the debate. We have been at this since 7 p.m. or so, posing questions but not getting answers.

Róisín Shortall: I asked the Minister an hour ago whether a regulatory impact assessment had been done on his revised proposals. He did not answer that question. If it had been done and made available, we would all know whether this thing stacks up or not. I remind the Minister of the homework he needs to do tonight.
