Kathleen Lynch: I am not certain that anybody knows. Maybe the problem with this Government is that certain Ministers believe that they actually do know everything. Maybe the Minister, Deputy Power, is right and he does have all the answers. He is a unique individual if he has them all, but if he believes that, I wish him the best of luck.
