Mattie McGrath: A lobbying Bill has been promised. Tusla, €8 million and GLEN, €7 million, a total of €24 million, which has been pumped into these organisations who are all campaigning for a Yes vote. It is total inference in our democratic system and is unacceptable in any democracy.
