Kathleen Lynch: When will it be possible to receive an answer from the Minister for Health and Children? If I ask her my question, she will tell me it is a matter for the Irish Blood Transfusion Service. If I ask the IBTS, it will write back a month later stating it has been considering the matter. It has been considering it for ten years since the hepatitis C scandal exploded. It is a matter of safety.
