Michael Harty: I understand it is the case in some jurisdictions that, if a sperm donor makes a donation, he can sign an anonymity form to say he does not want to be traced. Is that something which should not be allowed in the legislation?

It is obviously a very complex issue and I do not think this is the last meeting we will have in our pre-legislative scrutiny of the issue of assisted human reproduction.
