Tony McLoughlin: Seasonal greetings to the Ceann Comhairle, all the staff and Members of the House. Will the Tánaiste give an update on the progress of the rates Bill? I ask this because there is great interest in my constituency in Sligo and Leitrim county councils which have some of the lowest levels of commercial rates revenue in the State.
