Fergus O'Dowd: I hear everything Mr. Green said. The relationship between the British and Irish Governments has improved significantly recently with the first meeting between the two Prime Ministers. What Mr. Green said was true in the recent past but I do not believe it is true now, generally. I accept the genuineness of Mr. Green's point.
