Brian Stanley: Half of it is publicly funded. My memory of it is that 50% of it is publicly funded and 50% is funded by the private sector. The Deputy is correct to state that the funding was intended for SMEs, and Irish SMEs, but this correspondence appears to indicate that a substantial part of it did not end up there.
