Denis Naughten: The network is pretty much okay in Dublin, but my point is that when children get back to their local hospitals, they are stuck in them for Christmas because the funding is not there to help them get back into their own homes.

Denis Naughten: Ms Wall pointed out that it is one thing to get babies to the specialist centre but another challenge to bring them back. Is there not a third leg to the stool in terms of getting them out of the local hospital and back to their own homes?
