Jerry Buttimer: What I meant is that we should use this Bill as the propellant to do other things around the issue of vaping that will act as a deterrent in the interest of public health. I think, like Deputy Kelleher, that we have allowed a nicotine culture to develop and vaping is seen by some people to be cool and safe.
