However, the accompanying financial information includes no allocation for the scheme this year, although it is due to be introduced in the autumn. Will a new Estimate be brought forward? Dara Calleary: I move: That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide that certain convictions may be regarded as spent for certain purposes where the convicted person has not been convicted of any other offence within specified periods of years, and to provide for related matters.
